These Terms govern your access to and use of Tosset, a casting and modeling marketplace operated by Trishara Ventures LLP. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tosset.
Tosset is a neutral technology platform that connects Talent with Clients. We are an "intermediary" under the IT Act, 2000. We are not a talent's employer or agent unless expressly agreed in writing, and we are not a party to bookings agreed between Talent and Clients except as the operator of the platform and escrow facility.
You must be 18 years or older to hold an account. Minors may participate only through a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. By registering you confirm the information you provide is true and that you are legally able to enter contracts in India.
Profiles and companies may be reviewed and verified. We may approve, reject, suspend or remove any profile, casting or content at our discretion to protect platform integrity.
Talent never pays Tosset to register, apply to castings or be shortlisted. Optional paid plans add visibility/tools only. Anyone demanding "registration", "shortlisting", "security" or similar fees from Talent is acting fraudulently โ report them.
Bookings are agreed on-platform and funded through Tosset Escrow. Clients fund the booking; funds are released to Talent on delivery as per the agreed brief. Invoices are GST-compliant where applicable. Fees, commissions and taxes are disclosed at the time of transaction.
You agree not to: post false, infringing, obscene or unlawful content; harass, solicit or exploit any person; take payments or bookings off-platform to evade protections; scrape, hack or misuse the platform; or impersonate others. Prohibited conduct may lead to suspension and legal action.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Tosset a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display it for operating the platform. Usage rights for a specific shoot/campaign are governed by the agreement between Talent and Client (see Content Upload Policy).
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trishara Ventures LLP is not liable for the acts or omissions of Talent or Clients, for off-platform dealings, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding three months.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Tosset is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. For any questions, complaints or requests in respect of this policy or content on the platform, contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
