No. New faces are welcome and actively encouraged — many of the best bookings start with a first-timer. You don’t need a costly studio shoot to begin; clear, well-lit photos taken honestly are enough to create a strong profile, and you can generate a clean comp card directly on Tosset. As you work, your portfolio and showreel grow naturally.

Editorial and runway work has traditional measurement guidelines, but Tosset is deliberately broader than any single standard. We represent commercial, curve, kids and teens, actors, influencers and promotional talent — categories where personality, expression and authenticity matter far more than a fixed height. Whatever your category, list your real measurements; the right brief values exactly what you bring.

Yes — creating a verified profile and applying to castings is completely free for talent, and always will be. Tosset never charges you to apply, to be shortlisted or to be “registered”. Optional paid memberships exist only to give you more reach and tools; they are never a condition of being on the platform or of getting work.

Yes. You can create a profile, build your portfolio and apply to casting calls on the free plan. Paid plans add more portfolio space, showreels, priority visibility and a comp card.

Never. Tosset does not charge talent to apply to any casting. If anyone asks you to pay to apply or to "register", it is a scam — report it immediately.

Complete your profile to 100%, upload at least 6 high-quality photos, add a primary showreel, keep your skills/languages/availability up to date, and consider the Verified badge and a Pro/Featured plan for priority visibility.

A comp card is a single-page PDF with your best photos and measurements that you can share with clients. Generate it free from Talent → Comp Card; it includes the Tosset branding and a QR code to your profile.

Some castings request a self-tape. When you apply, upload a short video answering the brief. The employer reviews it inside Tosset — no need to share it elsewhere.

Buy the Verified badge from your dashboard (unified checkout) and/or submit a KYC document for review. The badge builds trust and helps you stand out in search.

Messaging unlocks automatically after you apply to their casting or they invite you. To protect you, contact details (phone, email, links) are hidden in chat until you choose to share them off-platform.

Talent profiles go live after admin approval. Make sure your profile is complete and submitted for review.

No. Your phone and email are never shown publicly. Employers connect with you through Tosset messaging.

Talent → Showreels. Upload a video or paste a YouTube link, then mark one as primary to feature it.

Register as an employer, complete your company profile, then post a casting requirement. Review applications, shortlist, message and select talent — all inside Tosset.

It depends on your plan. The free plan includes 1 casting post per month; paid plans include more (and the Agency plan is unlimited). Your remaining quota refills every month and is shown on the Post Casting page.

A casting is a public requirement talent apply to. An invitation is a direct outreach to a specific talent from their profile — both open a secure conversation.

Require a portfolio and/or a self-tape audition on your casting, filter by category, city and experience, and look for the Verified badge.

Escrow is optional. After selecting a talent you can secure their fee in escrow; the talent requests release on completion and you release (or refund). It protects both sides and is never forced.

Every paid transaction generates a branded PDF invoice automatically, available from your Billing page. Add your company GSTIN in your profile for it to appear.

New castings are reviewed by our team before going live to keep the platform free of scams. You will be notified by email once it is approved.

Yes, from My Castings → Edit. Major changes may be re-reviewed.

Open Applications in your talent dashboard; withdrawn applications free up your pipeline.

You get an email and notification, and messaging with the employer is unlocked so you can finalise details safely inside Tosset.

Cards and UPI via Razorpay, plus PayPal for international payments. In test/demo mode no real charge is made.

Funds are held when the employer funds escrow. On release they are paid to the talent; if the engagement falls through, the employer can refund. All escrow activity is logged.

No. Payments are processed by the gateway (Razorpay/PayPal). Tosset only stores the transaction record and your invoice.

Membership fees follow our Refund Policy. Escrow can be refunded to the employer before release. Contact support for disputes.

We moderate every casting, hide contact details in chat, mask phone/email/links automatically, verify employers, and let you report any listing. We never charge talent to apply.

Do not pay or share anything. Use the "Report this listing" link on the page or contact support. Genuine work on Tosset is paid through escrow, never by you paying upfront.

Your KYC document is reviewed privately by our team and is never shown on your public profile. We follow data-minimisation practices.

Use the Report link on a casting/profile, or report an abusive message from the chat. Our safety team reviews every report.
