Payment & Escrow Policy

This policy explains how payments, escrow, fees and taxes work on Tosset.

1. Escrow-first

Bookings are funded into Tosset Escrow. Funds are held securely and released to Talent upon delivery of the agreed work, protecting both sides from non-payment and non-delivery.

2. Payment partners

Payments are processed by regulated third-party gateways/escrow providers. Tosset does not store full card or bank account numbers.

3. Fees & taxes

Applicable platform fees/commissions and GST are disclosed at the time of transaction. Invoices are issued in compliance with Indian tax law.

4. Payouts

Talent payouts are released to the verified payout method after delivery and any applicable hold period, subject to dispute checks.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

Disputes are reviewed against the on-platform record before release or refund (see Refund & Cancellation Policy). Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account action.

6. Anti-fraud

Never transact off-platform or share OTP/UPI/bank credentials. Tosset will never ask for your password or OTP.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
