Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026  |  Operator: Trishara Ventures LLP ("Tosset", "we", "us", "our")

This Privacy Policy explains how Trishara Ventures LLP collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when models, actors, influencers, creative talent ("Talent") and brands, agencies, casting directors and production houses ("Clients") use Tosset. We act as a "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Data we collect

  • Account & identity: name, email, phone, password (hashed), role (Talent/Client), and city.
  • Talent profile: photographs, showreels, comp cards, physical attributes (height, measurements, etc.), skills, languages, experience and availability that you choose to provide.
  • Client profile: company name, type, contact person, GST number and verification documents.
  • Verification / KYC: identity and age documents used solely to verify genuineness and eligibility.
  • Transactional: bookings, invoices, escrow and payment status (we do not store full card/bank numbers โ€” these are handled by regulated payment partners).
  • Technical: device, browser, IP address, cookies and usage logs (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How and why we use it

We process personal data, on the basis of your consent and for the performance of our services, to: create and verify profiles; power discovery, casting and shortlisting; enable secure on-platform messaging; process bookings, escrow and payments; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; and comply with law.

3. Consent & your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

You may withdraw consent at any time. As a Data Principal you have the right to access, correction, completion, updating and erasure of your personal data, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate. To exercise these rights, write to our Grievance Officer below.

4. Sharing

Talent profile information marked public is visible to verified Clients for legitimate casting purposes. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment/escrow partners; verification and infrastructure providers under contract; and authorities where required by law.

5. Contact masking

Personal contact details (phone, email, social handles) are masked by default and are not exposed in profiles or chat until you choose to share them.

6. Children

Talent under 18 may participate only through a parent/guardian who creates and manages the account and provides verifiable consent. We do not knowingly process a child's data for tracking or targeted advertising.

7. Security & retention

We apply reasonable security safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls). We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law โ€” see our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified on the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
