Optional paid plans and features (e.g. Featured badge, homepage spotlight, profile boost) increase visibility. They do not guarantee bookings, selection or any specific outcome.
Promoted or featured placements are based on the plan purchased and platform rules, and do not override genuine verification or quality standards.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, eligibility and validity, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
Promotions must not contain false or misleading claims and must comply with applicable advertising laws and ASCI guidelines.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
