Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and for bookings made through Tosset Escrow, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules.

1. Subscription plans

Paid Talent/Client plans are billed in advance for the chosen cycle. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for a started period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a clear service failure on our part is established.

2. Bookings & escrow

For bookings, funds held in Tosset Escrow are released to Talent on delivery of the agreed work. If a booking is cancelled before work begins, escrow is refunded to the Client per the agreed cancellation terms. Disputes are reviewed by our team based on the on-platform record before release or refund.

3. No fee to apply

Applying to castings is free for Talent; there is nothing to refund.

4. How to request

Raise refund/cancellation requests from your dashboard or via support@tosset.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the timelines of our payment partners (typically 5โ€“10 business days).

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
