Anti-Harassment & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Tosset has zero tolerance for harassment, exploitation or abuse of any kind. This policy protects every member of the community.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Sexual harassment, "casting-couch" demands, or quid-pro-quo solicitation.
  • Requests for nude/inappropriate content, or pressure to meet privately before a verified booking.
  • Threats, intimidation, stalking, hate speech or discrimination on any ground.
  • Any exploitation of minors โ€” strictly forbidden and reported to authorities.

2. Protections

Contact details are masked, conversations stay on-platform and recorded, and you can block and report any user. Our trust team reviews every report.

3. Reporting & action

Report misconduct via the in-app report tool or grievance@tosset.com. Substantiated violations lead to suspension or permanent ban. Serious matters, including any offence against a child (POCSO Act, 2012) or sexual harassment, will be reported to law-enforcement and the appropriate authorities.

4. Good-faith reporting

We protect good-faith reporters from retaliation. Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
