This policy sets out the standards expected of Talent on Tosset and the protections we provide to you.
You must use your own, current photographs and provide accurate stats, age and details. Do not post borrowed, stolen, heavily-manipulated or misleading images. Misrepresentation may lead to removal.
Tosset does not charge Talent to register, apply or get shortlisted. Never pay any person money to be "selected", "registered" or "shortlisted", and never share bank/UPI/OTP details โ report such demands immediately.
Keep conversations and bookings inside Tosset, where they are recorded and protected, and use Tosset Escrow for payments. Off-platform dealings forfeit our protections.
You have the right to a safe, respectful experience. "Casting-couch" demands, requests for inappropriate content, or pressure to meet privately before a verified booking are strictly prohibited โ see our Anti-Harassment Policy. Report anything that feels unsafe.
Talent under 18 must be represented and managed by a parent/guardian, who is responsible for all activity, consents and on-set safeguarding.
Honour confirmed bookings, communicate promptly, and deliver work as agreed. Repeated no-shows or misconduct may affect your standing or access.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
