Verification keeps Tosset trustworthy. This policy explains how we verify Talent and Clients and how verification data is handled.
To confirm members are genuine, eligible and of stated age, reducing fraud, fake profiles and unsafe conduct.
Identity and age documents, company/GST details for Clients, contactability, and content authenticity. Verified accounts may receive a "โ Verified" badge and improved visibility.
For under-18 talent we verify guardian identity and consent; the guardian manages the account.
Verification documents are used only to verify and are stored securely with restricted access, retained only as long as necessary (see Data Retention & Deletion Policy). We do not publish your documents.
We may approve, reject or revoke verification, and suspend profiles that submit false documents.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
