Community & Platform Safety Policy

These community standards keep Tosset safe, genuine and professional for Talent and Clients alike.

1. Be genuine

One real identity per person/company, accurate information, and your own content.

2. Be respectful

No harassment, hate, discrimination, threats or exploitation (see Anti-Harassment Policy).

3. Stay protected

Keep chats and bookings on-platform; never share personal contact, financial or OTP details in chat; use escrow.

4. Prohibited content & behaviour

No obscene, infringing, fraudulent, spam or unlawful content; no scraping, hacking or circumvention; no fake castings or fee demands.

5. Protecting minors

Accounts for under-18 talent must be guardian-managed. Any content or conduct that endangers a child is removed and reported under the POCSO Act, 2012.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these standards, and cooperate with law-enforcement where required.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
