This policy governs photos, showreels and other content uploaded to Tosset, and the rights attached to them.
You must own or have the rights to all content you upload, including the consent of any person appearing in it. You retain ownership; you grant Tosset a limited licence to host and display it to operate the platform.
Usage of a Talent's images for a specific shoot/campaign (scope, territory, duration, media) is governed by the agreement between Talent and Client for that booking. Clients must not use images beyond the agreed scope.
No nudity, obscene, sexually-explicit or vulgar material (Section 67/67A/67B, IT Act, 2000); no content that infringes copyright/trademark; no violent, hateful, defamatory or unlawful content; no content depicting minors inappropriately.
No fake, stolen, AI-misrepresented or heavily-manipulated images intended to mislead.
We may remove content that violates this policy or the law. Rights-holders may report infringing content to grievance@tosset.com for prompt action under the IT Rules, 2021.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
