This policy sets out the standards expected of Clients (brands, agencies, casting directors, production houses) who hire through Tosset.
Post only real opportunities with accurate role, look, location, dates, usage and budget. Misleading, fake or "data-harvesting" castings are prohibited and will be removed.
Companies may be verified before castings go live. Provide accurate company and GST details. Verified Clients earn higher trust with Talent.
You must never demand registration, shortlisting, security or any fee from Talent, nor solicit money or favours. Such conduct results in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.
Comply with applicable labour, child-protection, advertising and tax laws. Provide safe working conditions, agreed call-times, and timely payment via escrow.
Agree image/usage rights (scope, territory, duration, media) clearly with Talent for each booking. Do not use a Talent's images beyond the agreed scope.
Keep communication and payment on-platform and fund bookings via Tosset Escrow so both sides are protected.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the IT Rules, 2021. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
