This Talent Representation & Content Usage Policy defines how Tosset.com, a digital modeling and talent platform owned by Trishara Ventures LLP, represents, displays, promotes, and protects the interests of models, artists, and creative professionals (“Talent”) registered on its platform. Tosset ensures professional conduct, lawful content usage, and transparent representation practices across all collaborations.

To maintain authenticity, Tosset may verify identities using official documents, portfolio checks, and face-match verification. Verified profiles display a “Verified Badge”, indicating legitimacy but not endorsement or employment guarantee.
Tosset facilitates but does not directly employ or manage engagements between Talent and third-party recruiters. All projects, payments, and collaborations must comply with Tosset’s Payment Policy and Anti-Harassment Policy. Talent are advised to verify the authenticity of every employer and contract prior to participation.
Tosset strictly prohibits uploading, sharing, or promoting:

Tosset acts as a technology platform only. It is not liable for misuse, unauthorized distribution, or outcomes of engagements between users. All professional arrangements, contracts, and deliverables are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
Tosset handles all user and media data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and GDPR standards. Users may request correction, deletion, or export of their personal data at any time. For more details, see our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
Talent may deactivate or delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, Tosset will remove public visibility of profiles within 15 business days and purge media from backups within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

This Employer / Recruiter Verification & Representation Policy ensures that all brands, production houses, photographers, modeling agencies, and casting professionals (“Employers”) using Tosset.com to hire or collaborate with talent do so ethically, transparently, and lawfully.
Tosset.com is operated by Trishara Ventures LLP, located at Office No 201, Lane 218/3, N Vihar, Newforest, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India – 248006. Tosset functions as an intermediary digital platform facilitating interaction between verified employers and registered talent.
Tosset requires every employer or recruiter to undergo identity and legitimacy verification before posting jobs or communicating with talent. Verification may include:
Tosset reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts failing verification, or suspected of fraudulent intent.
Tosset represents Employers digitally to facilitate casting, hiring, and collaboration opportunities with verified Talent. However, Tosset does not act as an employment agency, guarantee job success, or assume legal responsibility for employer actions.
Tosset provides optional payment gateways or escrow systems for secure transaction management between Employers and Talent. Tosset does not mediate payment disputes unless they involve clear platform misuse.
Employers must comply with the Payment Policy and maintain complete records of any engagement made through Tosset.
Employers must handle all data of Talent in accordance with Tosset’s Privacy Policy and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) 2023. Data collected through Tosset (resumes, contact information, etc.) may be used only for the stated hiring purpose and must not be shared or resold.
Tosset’s logo, name, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of Trishara Ventures LLP. Employers may not use them without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.

Tosset takes all complaints seriously, but also reserves the right to act against any user who deliberately files false, misleading, or malicious allegations. However, inability to substantiate a complaint does not imply bad faith.
Tosset respects your right to privacy. All complaints, evidence, and investigation outcomes are kept confidential and shared only with authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Data is processed as per our Privacy Policy and in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
Tosset conducts periodic awareness campaigns and training sessions for staff, partners, and community members on safe conduct, gender sensitivity, and prevention of harassment both online and offline.
Retaliation or victimization against any person who files or supports a harassment complaint is strictly prohibited. Any such act will lead to disciplinary and legal action.

Tosset (operated by Trishara Ventures LLP) may from time to time run promotional campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, referral offers, discount codes, giveaways and other incentive programs (collectively, “Promotions”) to reward users, promote services, or partner with brands. This Promotions, Contests & Offers Policy (“Policy”) sets out the general rules that apply to all Promotions hosted, advertised or administered by Tosset via our website (https://tosset.com), mobile application, or social channels, unless a particular Promotion publishes its own rules which will govern that Promotion in addition to this Policy.
This Policy applies to all Promotions unless specific, campaign-level Terms & Conditions are published for a particular Promotion (each a “Campaign Rule”). Where a Campaign Rule conflicts with this Policy, the Campaign Rule will prevail for that specific Promotion.

Entries that are incomplete, forged, or generated by script/bot may be disqualified.
Each Promotion will specify a start and end date/time in the Campaign Rule (the “Campaign Period”). Tosset is not responsible for late or lost entries due to technical issues or third-party platforms. All deadlines are interpreted in the time zone stated in the Campaign Rule — if none is stated, Tosset’s server time (IST) will apply.
The method and criteria for selecting winners will be described in the Campaign Rule (e.g., random draw, judging panel, or performance metrics). Tosset will notify winners by email, in-app message, or social channel as specified. Winners must claim and verify their prize within the timeframe in the Campaign Rule. Failure to respond or verify will lead to prize forfeiture and, at Tosset’s discretion, selection of an alternate winner.
By participating, winners grant Tosset the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes related to the Promotion, unless prohibited by law. Where required, Tosset will seek consent prior to public use.
For contests requiring content submissions (photo, video, copy, etc.), entrants represent and warrant that they own or have licensed all rights to the submitted content and that use by Tosset and its partners will not infringe third-party rights. Unless the Campaign Rule provides otherwise, entrants grant Tosset a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.
Personal information collected in connection with Promotions will be processed in accordance with Tosset’s Privacy Policy (https://tosset.com/privacy-policy.php). By entering a Promotion, participants consent to processing, storage and transfer of their personal data for administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfilment and marketing, subject to applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
Tosset reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is illegitimate, fraudulent, in violation of the Campaign Rule, or submitted in bad faith. We may require winners to provide identification, proof of address, and other documents. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Promotion may result in civil or criminal prosecution.
Tosset reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate any Promotion for any reason, including technical failures, fraud, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. If a promotion is cancelled, Tosset may at its discretion provide a substitute benefit or no compensation, consistent with applicable law and the Campaign Rule.
Promotions conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., social networks) are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. Tosset is not responsible for platform outages or policy changes. Any partnership with a brand or sponsor will be disclosed in the Campaign Rule.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tosset and its affiliates are not liable for (a) lost, late or misdirected entries; (b) technical failures; (c) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize. Participants agree to indemnify Tosset against any claims arising from their participation or submitted content.
These Promotions and related disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, unless the Campaign Rule specifies another forum due to local legal requirements.
