This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made through Tosset.com and the Tosset mobile application, owned and operated by Trishara Ventures LLP, having its registered office at Office No. 201, Lane 218/3, N Vihar, Newforest, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India 248006.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all users who purchase subscription plans, premium listings, or any other paid digital services offered on Tosset.com.

Tosset is a modeling and talent platform offering online digital services such as profile listings, portfolio hosting, visibility enhancement, and premium access to casting opportunities. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

2. Nature of Services

All Tosset services are digital, intangible, and delivered electronically. Once a user subscribes or activates a premium plan, access is granted instantly. Therefore, return or exchange is not applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel a subscription or auto-renewal at any time from their Tosset dashboard or account settings.
• Cancellations made before renewal will prevent the next billing cycle but will not refund the current active period.
• To cancel, users can also contact support@tosset.com.

4. Refund Policy

• As all services are digitally delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted.
• However, a refund may be issued if:
  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error, or
  • The user was charged but did not receive access due to system failure.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Free Trial

Some plans may include a free trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply.

6. Promotional or Discounted Plans

Payments made under promotional offers, limited-time discounts, or special contests are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Account Termination by Tosset

In cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform, Tosset reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts. In such cases, no refund shall be provided.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a billing dispute, please contact our support team at support@tosset.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on tosset.com/refund-policy.php with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
