Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years and above
• Prior experience in fashion shows, events, or live productions is preferred (freshers with strong interest may apply)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment
• Basic understanding of fashion industry operations and runway etiquette
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and presentable personality
• Willingness to work extended hours during rehearsals and event days
• Ability to coordinate with designers, models, sponsors, media, and production teams
• Must be available in Indore during pre-event preparation and show dates
